Mike Likier, Ph.D. is a licensed psychologist and an organizational consultant who has been involved with the racial justice movement since 1991. As founder of Racial Justice Consulting, Mike provides training in anti-racism to schools, universities, corporations, hospitals and healthcare practices, non-profit, community and faith-based organizations. Mike has a specialty in multicultural counseling which he brings to his therapy practice at Summit Psychological Services. He is also involved with training therapists in multicultural counseling competence. Additionally, Mike is a lead facilitator of the White People Confronting Racism workshop, where he guides other White people toward understanding and dismantling individual, institutional and systemic racism.
